Hi I'm Juli
Recovering perfectionist, soul-guided coach, and your slightly quirky companion
for untangling the chaos, having a chuckle alongside the discomfort,
and igniting your life with whatever makes your heart sing.
And filling that emptiness in your heart is not about
"finding yourself" (you're right here, hello).
It's about having way more FUN than you've allowed yourself in years,
bringing in true happiness that radiates out through everything you do,
and feeling like your life is your own creation.
After 25 years as an optometrist, I had full-blown career burnout
that felt like the universe was screaming,
"STOP. JUST STOP. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE."
So I quit my practice and bought a Pilates studio (as one does),
got certified in basically everything that helps humans feel good—
Pilates, breathwork, stretching, somatic movement,
energy medicine, and even Yoga Trapeze.
I then discovered intuitive coaching, and I knew that was
the avenue to integrate all of my experience and expertise
to help others obtain long term happiness.
Transformation doesn't require suffering and doesn't have to be hard,
and I now help clients like you bring more joy and fulfillment into their daily lives.

What is intuitive coaching?
Intuitive coaching is focused on teaching you to tune into your own guidance through releasing old emotional blocks, relaxing your body, and getting clear on what brings more joy into your daily life. We achieve this through energy work (the "woo") and practical implementation steps (the "do") that work with your lifestyle.
This is not therapy nor is it meant to replace therapy.
What if I've never done breathwork or somatic movement before?
Perfect! I'll guide you through everything step-by-step. No previous experience needed - just a willingness to try something new.Breathwork and somatic movement are for everyone easy to learn and use in your daily life.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare or sessions?
I recommend showing up for sessions on time or a few minutes early to maximize our time. Have paper and pen ready to take notes on any insights. You will get a recording so you don't have to try to take notes on everything. If there is anything in particular you want to focus on during a session, please let me know when we begin. The most important thing is to just be open to what shows up for you!
How quickly will I see results?
Every client's journey is different, but most clients see results in 2-3 weeks - feeling lighter and more in tune with themselves, better decision making, holding boundaries that support their vision, and feeling more energized
